For orders in Hong Kong, we partnered with SF Express to provide seamless delivery right to your door. Delivery costs will be considered when confirming your order; costs may vary depending on the final quantity of orders and your destinated delivery location.

We are not delivering to outlying islands or internationally at the moment.

RETURNS

14 Days Returns

We upload a 14-Days return policy if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, just return the item to our below address in person or by mail.

Returns Policy

1. All returns must take place within 14 days of purchase.

2. Items must be unopened, unused, have all the original packaging, and be in good resalable condition.

3. For health reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of food, treats, supplements, hay & grasses if opened.

4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Return shipping cost is at customer's expense and is non-refundable.

6. ANIMOR is not responsible for any lost package.

7. ANIMOR reserves the right to make final decisions.

8. Should there be any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final.

9. Sale items may not be returned.

10. ANIMOR monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at ANIMOR within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from ANIMOR.
